The Foundation of Our Partnership
At ICreativez, We believe in clear expectations and mutual respect. These terms govern our professional relationship and ensure your project’s success.
- Service Scope: We provide bespoke digital marketing, web/app development, and UI/UX design. Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure absolute transparency from day one.
- Proprietary Rights & Ownership: All custom code, design frameworks, proprietary strategies, and creative assets developed by our team remain the exclusive property of ICreativez.
- Usage License: Upon receipt of full payment, ICreativez grants the client a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the final deliverables solely for their internal business purposes. The client may not resell, redistribute, or use our proprietary frameworks for other projects without express written consent.
- Client Responsibilities: To maintain our high standards of velocity, we rely on your timely feedback and the provision of necessary brand assets. Delays in feedback may result in adjusted project timelines.
- Liability & Warranty: While we strive for perfection, ICreativez provides services “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party platform changes, algorithm shifts, or market fluctuations.
